De Los Reyes Ave, Kaybagal South, Tagaytay. From Taal Volcano, take the road towards Tagaytay and follow the signs leading to Tagaytay City. Once you reach the main road, look for Crisanto M. De Los Reyes Ave and turn onto it. The tower will be located on your left. Parking is available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.

If you are using public transportation, you can take a jeepney or bus from Taal Volcano to Tagaytay. Look for a jeepney or bus that has signage indicating 'Tagaytay' and board it. The fare is typically around PHP 50-100 depending on your starting point. Once you arrive in Tagaytay, you can either walk or take a tricycle to Crisanto M. De Los Reyes Ave. Inform the tricycle driver that you are heading to the TAGAYTAY TOURIST ICONIC TOWER, and they will take you directly there for a fare of about PHP 20-50.
