Walking
If you are at the Tagaytay Rotonda, start walking towards the main road (Aguinaldo Highway). From there, you can catch a jeepney heading to the city of Dasmariñas or any jeepney going to the direction of Metro Manila. Get off at the Olivarez Plaza and walk towards the jeepney terminal. From there, catch a jeepney heading to Makati. Once you reach Makati, ask the driver to drop you off at Greenbelt Park. The Ayala Museum is located at the corner of Makati Avenue and Dela Rosa Street.
Public Transportation
From anywhere in Tagaytay, head to the nearest jeepney stop and take a jeepney towards Dasmariñas. Get off at Olivarez Plaza, and then transfer to a bus heading to Metro Manila. Inform the bus conductor to drop you off at Greenbelt Mall in Makati. Once you arrive, walk to Greenbelt Park, which is just a short distance from the bus drop-off point. The Ayala Museum is located within Greenbelt Park, at the corner of Makati Avenue and Dela Rosa Street.
Tricycle
If you are closer to a tricycle terminal, you can take a tricycle to the nearest jeepney stop on Aguinaldo Highway. From there, follow the directions to take a jeepney to Dasmariñas and then to Makati as described earlier. Alternatively, you can ask the tricycle driver to take you directly to Greenbelt in Makati, although this may be more expensive.
