From the Vigan Cathedral, head south on Calle Salcedo until you reach the intersection with Quirino Boulevard. Turn right onto Quirino Boulevard. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters. You will see Arce Mansion on your left at #87 Quirino Boulevard. It is located near the Vigan City Plaza and is easily recognizable by its historical architecture.
