Walking
If you are starting from the Vigan Cathedral, head west on Calle Bonifacio towards the intersection with Calle Crisologo. Continue walking straight until you reach the main road (Calle Salcedo). Turn left and walk towards the Plaza Burgos. From there, head towards the east exit of the plaza and you will find a path leading to the Baluarte. Follow the path that will take you through a small park area until you reach the entrance of Baluarte.

From the Vigan Plaza, find a tricycle station nearby. Tell the driver you want to go to Baluarte. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance of Baluarte.

Horse-drawn Carriage (Kalesa)
You can hire a Kalesa from the Kalesa station near the Vigan Plaza. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The Kalesa will take you on a scenic route through some of the streets of Vigan and will drop you off directly at the entrance of Baluarte. The ride usually takes around 20-30 minutes.
