Walking
If you're starting from the Vigan Heritage Village, walk towards the main road, Calle Crisologo. Exit the heritage site and head southwest along Calle Crisologo until you reach the junction with Quirino Boulevard. Turn right onto Quirino Boulevard and continue walking straight. After about 400 meters, take a left onto Katipunan Street. Continue for another 200 meters, and you will find Vigan Fil-Hispanic Park on your right side.
Tricycle
From any point in Vigan, you can take a tricycle to Vigan Fil-Hispanic Park. Simply tell the driver 'Fil-Hispanic Park' or you can say 'Katipunan Street'. Most drivers are familiar with the location. The ride will typically take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of the park, which is located on Katipunan Street.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Vigan Heritage Village and head towards Calle Crisologo. Cycle southwest along Calle Crisologo towards Quirino Boulevard. Once you reach the intersection, turn right onto Quirino Boulevard and continue for approximately 400 meters. Turn left onto Katipunan Street and cycle for another 200 meters until you see Vigan Fil-Hispanic Park on your right.
