From Calle Crisologo, head southeast towards Quirino Boulevard. Once you reach Quirino Boulevard, turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with A. Reyes St. Turn right onto A. Reyes St. Hem Apartelle will be on your left at H9CQ+H3X, just a short walk from the intersection.

From your location in Vigan, look for a tricycle terminal or flag down a passing tricycle. Tell the driver 'A. Reyes St, near Hem Apartelle.' The driver should be familiar with the place. It’s a short ride and should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, pay the fare and look for Hem Apartelle, which will be located at H9CQ+H3X on your left.
