If you are driving to Carbin Reef, start your journey from Bacolod City. Head north on the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road, then take the right turn onto the Circumferential Road. Continue north until you reach the junction for the Sagay City Road. Follow the Sagay City Road (also known as the Don Carlos Villalobos Avenue) straight to Sagay City. Once in Sagay City, follow the signs to the coastal area where you can find boats that will take you to Carbin Reef. The entire drive should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic.

From Bacolod City, you can take a bus heading to Sagay City. Buses depart from the South Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at Sagay City, head to the local port area, where you can find boats that will take you to Carbin Reef. Make sure to ask the bus driver to drop you off at the Sagay City terminal, and from there, it's a short walk to the port. The bus ride typically takes about 2 to 2.5 hours.
