Walking
If you're starting from the Zamboanga City Hall, walk southeast towards the corner of Mayor Jaldon Street. Turn left onto Mayor Jaldon Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with RT Lim Boulevard. Cross the street and keep walking straight until you see Plaza Pershing on your left side. The park is easily identifiable by its green spaces and the nearby historical markers.
Public Transportation (Tricycle)
From the central market (Mercado), find a tricycle that is headed towards Plaza Pershing. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will take you directly to the park. The ride should take about 10 minutes depending on traffic. Be sure to have some small bills handy to pay the fare.
Public Transportation (Jeepney)
From the Barangay San Jose terminal, hop on a jeepney that is headed towards the city center. Inform the driver that you are going to Plaza Pershing. Ride until you reach the Plaza, which should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, Plaza Pershing will be right in front of you.
Biking
If you have access to a bicycle, you can bike to Plaza Pershing from the city center. Start at the Plaza Rizal and head towards the south along the main road. Follow the signs towards Plaza Pershing.
