Car
If you are driving from Zamboanga City, take the National Road (also known as the Jose Rizal Avenue) heading north towards Dipolog City. Follow the road for approximately 8 hours, passing through the towns of Siocon and Sibuco. Once you reach Dipolog City, continue driving for about 30 minutes until you see the sign for Dapitan City. Turn left at the junction and follow the road until you reach Rizal Park and Shrine Dapitan, located at MC88+RWW, Dapitan City. There is no entrance fee for the park.

Bus
From Zamboanga City, you can take a bus to Dipolog City from the Grand Terminal. Buses leave frequently and the fare is approximately PHP 400. The journey will take around 8 to 9 hours. Upon arriving in Dipolog City, transfer to a local bus or jeepney bound for Dapitan City. The fare for this leg of the trip is about PHP 50, and it takes approximately 30 minutes. You will be dropped off near Rizal Park and Shrine Dapitan, which is within walking distance.

Tricycle
If you're already in Dapitan City, you can easily reach Rizal Park and Shrine by taking a tricycle. Just tell the driver 'Rizal Park' and they will take you directly to the entrance. The fare is typically around PHP 20-30, depending on your starting point within Dapitan City.
