If you are driving from Zamboanga City, take the National Highway (also known as the Circumferential Road) heading north. Continue on this road for about 6 hours, passing through several towns in Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga del Norte. Follow the signs towards Dapitan City. Once you reach Dapitan, head towards the city center and look for Rizal Park and Shrine located at MC88+RWW. There is no entry fee for the park, but parking may cost around 20-50 PHP.

From Zamboanga City, go to the bus terminal (Canelar) and look for buses heading to Dapitan City. The travel time is approximately 6-8 hours, depending on traffic. Bus fares range from 400-600 PHP. Once you arrive at the Dapitan bus terminal, you can take a tricycle or a local jeepney to Rizal Park, which is around 10 minutes away. The fare for a tricycle ride is about 20-30 PHP.
