Walking
If you are starting from the city center, head southeast on Lipowa Street towards the intersection with Sienkiewicza Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 11 Listopada Street. Turn left onto 11 Listopada and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Bulwar Józefa Blicharskiego. You will find the Bulwary Blicharskiego area along the waterfront, which is a beautiful spot for walking or relaxing.
Public Transport
Take bus number 5 from the main bus station (Dworzec PKS) in Białystok. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Białystok - Książnica' stop. From there, walk east towards Bulwar Józefa Blicharskiego, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. Follow the path along the river until you reach the Bulwary Blicharskiego.
Biking
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in the city. Start at the bike station near the main square (Rynek Kościuszki) and head east towards the river. Follow the cycling paths along the riverbank, which will lead you directly to Bulwar Józefa Blicharskiego. The ride should take approximately 15 minutes, depending on your pace.
