Car
If you are traveling by car, begin your journey from the town of Ustrzyki Dolne. Head south on DK28 road towards the direction of Hnatowe Berdo. After approximately 12 km, you will reach a fork; take the left turn onto a smaller road leading towards Hnatowe Berdo. Follow this road for about 5 km until you see a sign indicating the entrance to Hnatowe Berdo. Parking may be limited, so ensure to arrive early to secure a spot.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Ustrzyki Dolne to the nearby village of Bereżnica Wyżna. Buses run regularly, and the fare is approximately 10 PLN. Once you arrive in Bereżnica Wyżna, you will need to walk approximately 3 km to reach Hnatowe Berdo. Follow the signs along the trail, which is well-marked and will lead you directly to the attraction. Make sure to check the local bus schedules for return trips.
Walking/Hiking
If you're already in the vicinity of Hnatowe Berdo, you can hike to the location. From the nearest accessible trailhead, follow the marked hiking path which offers beautiful views of the Bieszczady Mountains. The hike typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your pace. Ensure you wear appropriate hiking shoes and carry enough water and snacks for the journey.
