Walking
If you are in the Gdańsk Old Town area, simply head towards Długi Targ (Long Market), which is a prominent street filled with shops, cafes, and historical buildings. From the Neptune Fountain at the center of Długi Targ, you can see the iconic Green Gate (Zielona Brama) at the end of the street. Walk straight down Długi Targ until you reach the Green Gate, which will lead you to the Main City area of Gdańsk.

To reach the Main City from other parts of Gdańsk, you can take a tram to the 'Gdańsk Główny' stop. Board any tram heading towards the city center (look for trams marked with routes 2, 3, or 8). Once you arrive at Gdańsk Główny, exit the station and head straight towards the Main Town Hall, which is located a short 10-minute walk away. Follow the signs to Długi Targ and continue towards the Green Gate to enter the Main City.
