Walking
If you are in the Old Town area of Gdansk, start at the famous Długi Targ (Long Market) square. From there, head towards the Green Gate (Brama Zielona) located at the end of the square. Once you reach the Green Gate, turn left onto ul. Długie Pobrzeże and walk along the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the end of the promenade. At the end, turn right onto ul. Gdańska. After a short walk, you will see the entrance to the Gdańsk Shipyard. Keep walking straight through the shipyard area until you reach Plac Solidarności. The Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers of 1970 will be located at the center of the square.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch tram number 3 or 8 from the nearest tram stop in the city center. Get off at 'Plac Solidarności' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will find yourself directly at Plac Solidarności. The Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers of 1970 is located centrally in this square, making it easy to locate.
