If you are in the Old Town (Stare Miasto), walk towards Długi Targ (Long Market). From the Green Gate, head left onto Długa Street and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn right onto Podwale Grodzkie, and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see Dworzec PKP Gdańsk Główny on your left at Podwale Grodzkie 2.

If you are near the Neptun Fountain in the Old Town, walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Długi Targ' (it’s about a 5-minute walk). Take tram line 3 or 5 towards 'Zaspa' or 'Brętowo'. Get off at 'Gdańsk Główny' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will see Dworzec PKP Gdańsk Główny directly in front of you.

From the Old Town, head to the bus stop near the Green Gate called 'Brama Zielona'. Take bus number 100 or 106 towards 'Gdańsk Główny'. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Gdańsk Główny' stop and walk a short distance to the station entrance.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike using the city’s bike-sharing service. Start from the Old Town and head towards the bike lane along the waterfront. Follow the bike path which leads directly to the Gdańsk Główny area. The ride should take around 15 minutes. Park your bike at the designated bike racks near the station.
