Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Gdańsk Main Railway Station (Dworzec Główny Gdańsk), exit the station and head southeast on Podwale Grodzkie street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with aleja Zwycięstwa. Turn right onto aleja Zwycięstwa and follow it until you reach the intersection with ul. Długie Pobrzeże. Turn left onto ul. Długie Pobrzeże and continue walking along the waterfront. Follow the river until you reach the Green Bridge (Most Zielony). Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, continue straight ahead. You will see St. John's Gate on your left at 80-837 Gdańsk.

    From Gdańsk Main Railway Station, take tram line 2, 3, or 10 from the nearby tram stop located at the entrance of the station. Get off at the 'Złota Brama' (Golden Gate) stop. After exiting the tram, walk straight towards ul. Długa. Once on ul. Długa, turn left and walk until you reach the intersection with ul. Długi Targ. Continue straight, and you will reach St. John's Gate, which is located at 80-837 Gdańsk.

    If you are near the famous Neptune Fountain in the Long Market (Długi Targ), start by facing the fountain. Walk towards the Green Gate (Zielona Brama) located at the end of the market. From the Green Gate, continue straight onto ul. Długa for a short distance. You will soon see St. John's Gate on your right at 80-837 Gdańsk.
