Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), head south towards the Wawel Castle. Walk past the castle and continue on the path that leads to the Vistula Boulevards (Bulwary Wiślane). Follow the riverbank south until you reach the bridge called the 'Father Bernatek's Bridge' (Most im. Ojca Bernatka). Cross the bridge and follow the path that leads to the Podgórze district. Once you reach the other side, continue uphill towards Krakus Mound (Kopiec Krakusa), which will be visible from a distance. The entrance to the mound is at the top of the hill.

Public Transport
From the Main Market Square, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is called 'Teatr Bagatela'. Take tram line 3 or 24 towards 'Kopiec Wandy'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Kopiec Wandy' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Krakus Mound. Head east along 'Ulica Wandy' until you reach the entrance to the mound, which is situated on top of the hill.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations around the city. Start at the Main Market Square and head south towards the Vistula River. Follow the cycling paths along the riverbank to the south until you reach the Father Bernatek's Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue towards the Podgórze district. Follow the signs leading to Krakus Mound, which is located on a hilltop, and park your bicycle at the designated area near the entrance.
