Getting There

  • Public Transport - Tram

    If you're starting from the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Teatr Bagatela' located on ul. Karmelicka. Take tram number 3 or 8 in the direction of 'Krowodrza Górka'. After two stops, get off at 'Szczepańska'. The Society of Friends of Fine Arts, also known as The Art Palace, is just a short walk from the tram stop. Head south on Plac Szczepański, and you'll find the Art Palace at Plac Szczepański 4.

  • Walking

    From the Wawel Castle, walk towards the Vistula River and take the path leading to the bridge (Most Wawel). Cross the bridge and continue straight on ul. Stradomska. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with ul. Floriańska. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny). From there, head towards plac Szczepański, where the Art Palace is located.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From the Kraków Główny Railway Station, walk to the nearby bus stop 'Dworzec Główny'. Board bus number 124 or 152. Get off at 'Szczepańska' stop. The Society of Friends of Fine Arts is a short 5-minute walk away. Head east on plac Szczepański, and you will see the Art Palace at number 4.
