Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), head southwest towards the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice). As you pass the Cloth Hall, continue straight along the path in front of you until you reach the end of the square. You will see St. Mary's Basilica ahead on your right side. It is located at plac Mariacki 5, 31-042 Kraków, easily recognizable by its twin towers.

    From Wawel Castle, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is Wawel. Take tram line 18 in the direction of Nowy Bieżanów. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Teatr Bagatela'. Once you reach the square, proceed southwest towards the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) and continue straight until you see St. Mary's Basilica on your right.
