If you are driving, start from Kraków city center. Head south on the A4 highway towards Wieliczka. After about 15 kilometers, take exit 19 for Wieliczka. Bus
To reach the Upper Market Square by bus, go to the main bus station in Kraków (Dworzec Autobusowy). Look for bus number 304 or 244, which goes to Wieliczka. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Wieliczka bus station, exit and walk straight towards the town center. The Upper Market Square (Rynek Górny) will be a short 10-minute walk from the bus station. If you prefer to travel by train, head to Kraków Główny (the main train station). Take a train towards Wieliczka. The train ride takes approximately 20 minutes.
