As you enter the park, keep walking straight until you find yourself at plac Litewski 3. Ławka Niepodległości is situated right there, easily accessible from the park.

If you are further away from the center, you can take a bus or tram to the nearest stop, which is 'Plac Litewski' or 'Wyszyńskiego'. From either stop, it is a short walk to plac Litewski 3. Once you get off, follow the signs towards the park and you will see Ławka Niepodległości as you approach the area.
