Walking
If you are starting from the Lublin Castle, exit the castle grounds and head towards the main road, ul. Zamkowa. Turn left onto ul. Zamkowa and continue walking until you reach the intersection with ul. Królewska. Turn right onto ul. Królewska. Continue straight for about 600 meters, and you will find plac Katedralny at the intersection with ul. Katedralna, right across from the Cathedral.

From the main train station (Lublin Główny), take bus number 5 or 16 towards ul. Złota. Get off at the 'Katedra' stop. After exiting the bus, walk straight down ul. Królewska for about 200 meters, and you will arrive at plac Katedralny, which is located at Królewska 10.
