Once in Sopot, head towards the Dolny Sopot area. When you reach the intersection with ul. Józefa Czyżewskiego, turn onto that street. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and you will see the Sierakowskich Manor House on your right at Józefa Czyżewskiego 12.
