Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are already in Łazarz, start by heading north towards ul. Polan. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Święty Marcin. Turn right onto ul. Święty Marcin and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass various shops and cafés along the way. The Imperial Castle will be on your left at Święty Marcin 80/82. Look for the large castle structure; it's hard to miss!

  • Public Transport - Tram

    Alternatively, you can take a tram from Łazarz to get closer to the Imperial Castle. Head to the nearest tram stop, which is likely 'Polan' or 'Łazarz'. Board a tram heading in the direction of 'Rondo Kaponiera' (check the tram schedule for the exact line number). Get off at the stop named 'Złotowska' (it usually takes about 5-10 minutes). From there, walk back towards ul. Święty Marcin, and you will see the Imperial Castle a short distance ahead on your left.

    You could also take a bus from Łazarz. Look for a bus stop nearby that has routes heading towards the city center. Board a bus that goes to 'Stary Rynek'. Once you arrive at the bus stop closest to the intersection of ul. Święty Marcin, get off and walk towards ul. Święty Marcin. The Imperial Castle will be on your left-hand side a short walk away.
