From the center of Katowice, head south on ul. Stawowa towards ul. Mikołowska. Continue straight onto ul. Kościuszki and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto ul. Szafranka. The Museum of the History of Katowice will be on your left at Szafranka 9, 40-025 Katowice. There is street parking available nearby.

Start at Katowice Main Train Station (Dworzec PKP Katowice). Take tram number 11 or 17. Get off at the 'Muzeum' stop. From there, walk south on ul. Szafranka for about 200 meters. The Museum of the History of Katowice is located at Szafranka 9, 40-025 Katowice. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

If you are staying in the city center, you can walk to the museum. Start at the central 'Rynek' square and head southeast on ul. Mściwoja. Continue straight to ul. Kościuszki and turn left. Walk straight until you reach ul. Szafranka and turn right. The museum will be on your left side at Szafranka 9, 40-025 Katowice. This walk will take around 25 minutes.
