If you are travelling by car, you can reach Schron Bojowy Nr 5 located at Ciężki schron bojowy Nr 5, DK79, 41-500 Chorzów. From the city center of Katowice, take DK79 (Droga Krajowa 79) heading west for approximately 10 kilometers. Continue straight until you reach Chorzów, where the bunker is located on the right side of the road. There is limited parking available near the site, so be sure to arrive early to secure a spot.

To reach Schron Bojowy Nr 5 using public transportation, start from the Katowice Main Train Station. Take tram line 6 towards Chorzów and disembark at the 'Chorzów Stadion' stop. From there, you can either walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to the site or take bus line 0 towards 'Chorzów Miasto' and get off at the 'Kopernika' stop. The bunker should be a short walk from there, located on DK79.
