Walking
Start at the Sopot train station (Sopot PKP). Exit the station and head south on ul. 3 Maja. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Kościuszki. Turn left onto ul. Kościuszki and follow it until you reach the beach boardwalk. Once at the boardwalk, head east (toward Gdynia). Walk along the beach until you reach the entrance to Kępa Redłowska, which is located in the Redłowo district of Gdynia. The entrance is marked, and you will see signs for the nature preserve.
