From Sopot, head to Sopot Railway Station, which is located near the city center. You can walk there in about 10-15 minutes. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Gdynia. Trains run frequently, so you should not have to wait long. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Upon arriving at Gdynia Railway Station, exit the station and head east towards the bus stop located just outside the station. Look for bus number 27 or 29 heading to Redłowo. Board the bus and get off at the 'Kępa Redłowska' stop. From the bus stop, it's just a short walk to the nature preserve.

You can also take a direct bus from Sopot to Gdynia. Head to the nearest bus stop in Sopot that services Gdynia. Look for bus numbers 190 or 110 which go towards Gdynia. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the 'Kępa Redłowska' stop and follow the signs to the nature preserve, which is a short walk from there.
