Walking
If you are starting from the center of Sopot, head south on Monte Cassino Street, which is the main promenade area filled with shops and cafes. Continue walking until you reach the end of Monte Cassino, where it intersects with the Sopot Pier. From here, follow the path leading to the beach and walk along the coastline. After about a 20-minute walk, you will reach the beautiful beach area of Gdynia Orłowo. Look for the signs pointing towards 'Plaża w Gdyni Orłowo' as you approach the area.

Public Transport
From the main train station in Sopot (Sopot Główny), take the SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska) train towards Gdynia. Get off at Gdynia Orłowo station. Once you exit the station, head towards the coast by walking south. Follow the path that leads down to the beach. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station to Plaża w Gdyni Orłowo.
