Public Transport - Tram
From Sopot, head to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Sopot Zdrój'. Take the tram line 10 towards Gdańsk. After approximately a 30-minute ride, disembark at the 'Gdańsk Stocznia' stop. From there, walk north for about 10 minutes until you reach the Stara Stocznia, located at the waterfront.
Public Transport - Train
Make your way to the Sopot train station ('Sopot PKP'). Board a train towards Gdańsk Główny, which departs frequently. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Gdańsk Główny, exit the station and walk towards the 'Gdańsk Stocznia' area, which is about a 20-minute walk to the east.
Walking
If you prefer to explore on foot, start from the center of Sopot and head east towards the beach. Follow the coastal path along the Baltic Sea, which will take you through beautiful scenery. Continue walking for about 2 kilometers until you reach Gdańsk. The Stara Stocznia will be located on your right side along the waterfront.
Bicycle Rental
Consider renting a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Sopot. Once you have a bike, head towards the coastal path and cycle east along the sea. The ride to Gdańsk should take approximately 30 minutes. Follow the signs for Gdańsk and look for Stara Stocznia along the waterfront.
