If you are starting from the Main Square (Rynek) in Tarnów, head southwest on ul. Wałowa towards ul. Krakowska. Continue straight onto ul. Słowackiego for about 700 meters. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto ul. Mościckiego. Follow this road until you reach the next roundabout, and take the first exit onto ul. Czerwonego Krzyża. Continue walking straight until you see signs for Plac Więźniów KL Auschwitz. The monument will be located at the end of the square.

From Tarnów Main Train Station, take bus number 7 towards 'Strusina' or bus number 1 towards 'Kraków'. Disembark at the 'Plac Więźniów KL Auschwitz' stop. The monument is a short walk from the bus stop; simply head towards the square and look for the war memorial.

If you are near the Tarnów Cathedral, exit the cathedral grounds and turn left on ul. Żydowska. Walk straight until you reach the junction with ul. Słowackiego. Turn right onto ul. Słowackiego and continue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto ul. Mościckiego, then follow the same directions until you reach the monument at Plac Więźniów KL Auschwitz.
