If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Zakopane, which is the closest major city. Head south on Słowackiego Street and follow the signs for Tatra National Park. Once you reach the park's entrance, you will need to pay a small entrance fee, typically around 8 PLN for adults and 4 PLN for children. After entering the park, continue driving to the parking area near the Dolina Chłabówka trailhead. Park your car here (parking fees may apply). From the parking area, follow the marked trail towards Sarnia Skała, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour hike. Be sure to wear suitable hiking shoes and bring water and snacks.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Zakopane to the Tatra National Park entrance. You can catch a bus from the main bus station in Zakopane. Buses run regularly and the fare is approximately 4-6 PLN. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to pay the entrance fee (around 8 PLN for adults). From the entrance, you can either walk to the Dolina Chłabówka trailhead or take a taxi for a small fee. The trail to Sarnia Skała starts from Dolina Chłabówka and it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours of hiking to reach the viewpoint.
