Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Olsztyn. Head northeast on ul. 1 Maja towards ul. Słowiańska, continue straight onto ul. Bałtycka. Merge onto S51 via the ramp to E7/Gdańsk. Continue on S51 for about 20 km, then take the exit toward Olsztyn/Zalew for the S16. Follow the signs for Olsztyn until you reach the exit for ul. Warmińska. After exiting, follow ul. Warmińska until you see the signs for Wrota Warmii, which will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Wrota Warmii using public transportation, start at Olsztyn Bus Station. Take a bus heading towards Bartoszyce, which runs regularly. You will need to get off at the 'Wrota Warmii' bus stop. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Make sure to check the local bus schedule for exact departure times. A single ticket costs around 5 PLN. From the bus stop, Wrota Warmii is a short walk away, just follow the signs leading to the museum.
Bicycle
For a more adventurous route, consider cycling to Wrota Warmii. Starting from Olsztyn, you can take the bike path along the scenic Lake Ukiel. Follow the path north until you reach ul. Warmińska, where you can continue directly to Wrota Warmii. The bike ride is approximately 10 km and will take around 40 minutes. Ensure you wear a helmet and bring water for the journey.
