From the Warsaw Central Station, take tram line 4, 10, or 18 in the direction of 'Tarchomin' or 'Wilanów'. Get off at the 'Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet' stop. Exit the tram and walk straight towards the intersection with Krakowskie Przedmieście. Turn left onto Krakowskie Przedmieście, and you will find the Presidential Palace on your right side at Krakowskie Przedmieście 46/48.
