Warsaw: Vistula River Cruise with Your Music & City Views

Disappointing organisation, but a lovely captain!

We booked the 2:00 PM "Vistula River Cruise with Your Music & City Views" expecting a relaxing sightseeing tour with iconic landmarks and our own music, as advertised. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. When we arrived early, everything was closed and nobody was there to let us on board. We waited for 30 minutes before someone finally helped us. It turned out our original captain never showed up, and a replacement captain had to be called in from home. The positive side: The replacement captain was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He answered all our questions and tried his absolute best. However, because he was called in at the last minute, he didn't know what tour we had booked. He ended up taking us on a 1+ hour ride where we saw sandbanks, river bars, and local beaches—but absolutely zero "iconic landmarks." His phone battery was also dead due to the rush, so we couldn't play any music either. At one point, a group of youths on the shore even threw stones at the boat. While we really appreciated the lovely effort from the captain who stepped in to save the trip, the tour operator's organization and the actual route were very disappointing compared to what was promised.
