Nowy Ratusz is located at ul. Sukiennice 9, just a short walk from the Town Hall. Head towards the street named Sukiennice, which is located to the right side of the Town Hall. Walk along this street until you reach the address ul. Sukiennice 9.

If you are not too far from the Market Square, you can take tram line 1 or 2. Board the tram heading towards the 'Księża Mała' or 'Ostrów Tumski' stops. Once you get off at the 'Rynek' stop, continue walking towards the Town Hall, which will be just a few minutes away on foot. From the Town Hall, take a right and proceed to ul. Sukiennice where Nowy Ratusz is located.
