Once you exit the tram, head towards the park area adjacent to the Hala Stulecia. Walk through the park, taking the path that leads you towards the south. Continue walking until you reach Nowa Street, where Partisans Hill is located. The hill should be visible, and you can follow the trails leading up to it.
