Public Transport
If you are starting your journey from Wrocław Main Station (Dworzec Główny), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 8 in the direction of 'Tarnogaj'. After three stops, get off at 'Ostrów Tumski'. From there, walk straight towards the bridge (Tumski Bridge) and cross over to the other side. Once you are on the other side, turn left and follow the riverbank for a short walk until you reach the intersection with ul. Ruska. Turn right onto ul. Ruska, and you will soon see Ruska 46 on your left side.

Walking
If you are in the city center, you can walk to Ruska 46. Start at the Market Square (Rynek) and head southwest towards ul. Odrzańska. Walk down ul. Odrzańska until you reach the intersection with ul. Ruska. Turn right onto ul. Ruska, and continue walking straight. Ruska 46 will be on your left side, right before you reach the intersection with ul. Włodkowica.

From the Market Square, walk to the nearby bus stop 'Rynek'. Take bus line 145 towards 'Osiedle Słowiańskie'. After one stop, get off at 'Wrocław, Katedra'. From there, walk towards the river and turn left on ul. Ruska. Continue down ul. Ruska for about 5 minutes, and you will find Ruska 46 on your left.
