Walking
If you are starting from the Wrocław Market Square, head to the south exit of the square towards the Grunwaldzki Bridge. Walk straight along Świdnicka Street until you reach the Odra River. Cross the bridge, and as you walk down the other side, you will see Ostrów Tumski directly ahead. Follow the signs to the Cathedral Island, which is the main area of Ostrów Tumski.
Tram
Take tram line 1 or 2 from the main tram stop near the Market Square (Rynek) towards the direction of 'Ostrów Tumski'. Get off at the 'Ostrów Tumski' stop. Once you disembark, follow the path towards the riverbank where you will find the entrance to Ostrów Tumski. It is a short walk from the tram stop.
Bus
From the Wrocław Market Square, walk to the 'Pl. Dominikański' bus stop and take bus number 106 or 108. Get off at the 'Ostrów Tumski' bus stop. Once you are off the bus, follow the signs to the Cathedral Island, which is the central area of Ostrów Tumski.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the city’s bike-sharing services. Start from the Market Square and cycle towards the Odra River. Follow the riverside path towards the Grunwaldzki Bridge. Once you cross the bridge, continue straight until you reach Ostrów Tumski, where you can park your bike at the designated bike racks.
