If you are in the heart of Wrocław, start at the Market Square (Rynek). Head towards the southern end of the square where you will see the Town Hall ahead. Walk straight down the path leading south from the square, passing by the many restaurants and shops. Continue walking until you reach Sukiennice Street. Turn left onto Sukiennice Street, and you will find Wroclaw Old Town Hall at Sukiennice 14/15 on your right.
