From the center of Zakopane, head to the main bus station, which is located at ul. Kościuszki 12. Catch the bus labeled 'Chochołowska' or 'Dolina Chochołowska' that departs from platform 3. Buses run approximately every hour. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the final stop, which is the entrance to Chochołowska Valley.

If you prefer to walk, start at the main square in Zakopane (Plac Niepodległości). Head southwest on ul. Krupówki, then turn left onto ul. Kościuszki.
