Walking
From the center of Zakopane, head east towards ul. Krupówki, which is the main street. Follow ul. Krupówki until you reach the intersection with ul. Nowotarska. Turn left onto ul. Nowotarska and continue walking until you reach the bus station, which is about a 10-minute walk. At the bus station, look for buses heading to Ždiar. The bus ride takes around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Ždiar, get off at the stop nearest to Ždiar 260. The Múzeum - Ždiarsky Dom is located a short walk from the bus stop; head towards the address Ždiar 260, and you will find the museum.

Public Transport (Bus)
Start from the main bus station in Zakopane, located near the center. Look for buses that are headed to Ždiar. The buses are usually marked with the destination name. Purchase your ticket at the kiosk or on the bus. The journey to Ždiar takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Ždiar, disembark at the bus stop closest to Ždiar 260. From there, walk about 5 minutes to reach the Múzeum - Ždiarsky Dom located at Ždiar 260.

If you prefer more comfort, you can take a taxi from Zakopane to Ždiar. You can call a local taxi service or use a ride-hailing app if available.
