Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Zakopane train station, exit the station and head southeast on the main road (ul. 1 Maja). Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach Krupówki Street. Turn left onto Krupówki and walk straight for approximately 500 meters until you reach The Tatra Museum located at Krupówki 10. You will see the museum on your right.

  • Bus

    From the main bus station in Zakopane, take any bus heading towards the center of town. Most buses will take you to a stop near Krupówki Street. Once you arrive at the bus stop, exit and walk straight to Krupówki Street. Turn left and walk about 300 meters until you reach The Tatra Museum at Krupówki 10, which will be on your right.

  • Walking from the city center

    If you are already at the center of Zakopane, locate Krupówki Street and head towards the direction of the market area. Walk down Krupówki Street for about 10 minutes. The Tatra Museum will be located at Krupówki 10, on your right side as you walk down the street.
