Walking
If you are starting from the city center of Aveiro, head west on Rua João Mário towards Avenida da Liberdade. Continue straight for about 700 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Avenida de Portugal, and follow this road for approximately 300 meters. You will see the Aveiro Museum on your left at Av. Santa Joana, 3810-164 Aveiro.

From the central bus station (Terminal Rodoviário), take the bus number 3 or 4 towards 'Cais do Valado'. Once you board the bus, stay on for about 5 stops (approximately 10 minutes). Get off at the stop named 'Museu de Aveiro'. The Aveiro Museum will be located just a short walk down Av. Santa Joana.
