Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Aveiro Train Station (Estação de Aveiro). Exit the station and head east on Rua de C. Ferreira until you reach the first roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida Doutor Lourenço Peixinho. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the main canal, Ria de Aveiro. Turn left onto the canal walkway (Cais da Fonte Nova). Follow the canal for approximately 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rua Homem de Cristo. Turn right onto Rua Homem de Cristo, and you will find Ponte Cais do Côjo at number 56.

• Public Transport

  From the Aveiro Train Station, take the bus line 1 or 2 (check local schedules for the most current routes) towards the city center. Get off at the stop marked 'Cais da Fonte Nova.' From there, walk along the canal until you reach Rua Homem de Cristo. Turn right on Rua Homem de Cristo, and the Ponte Cais do Côjo will be at number 56.

• Biking

  Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops near the Aveiro Train Station. Start by riding east on Avenida Doutor Lourenço Peixinho, and continue straight until you reach the canal. Once at the canal, follow the bike path along Cais da Fonte Nova. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Rua Homem de Cristo. The Ponte Cais do Côjo will be located at number 56.
