Walking
If you are in the city center of Aveiro, start at Praça da República, which is a central square and a good landmark. From there, head southwest on Rua João Mendonça for about 350 meters. You will pass by the beautiful canals and may enjoy some picturesque views of the colorful moliceiros (traditional boats). Continue straight until you reach Avenida Dr. Lourenço Peixinho. Cross the avenue and take the first right onto Rua Cândido dos Reis. Walk for about 200 meters and you will see the entrance to Parque Municipal de D. Pedro on your left. Enter the park, and Coreto do Parque Municipal D. Pedro is located towards the center of the park, surrounded by lush greenery.
