Getting There

• Bus

  From the city center of Braga, head to the main bus station, Estação Rodoviária de Braga. You can walk there from Praça da República, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the bus station, look for the bus that is heading towards Vilar da Veiga. Make sure to check the schedule for departures. The journey should take about 30 minutes. After reaching Vilar da Veiga, you can follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Miradouro da Pedra Bela, which is a short walk away.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Braga directly to Vilar da Veiga. Just hail a taxi or use a ride-hailing app. The journey will take approximately 25 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Vilar da Veiga, ask the driver to drop you off at Miradouro da Pedra Bela, or you can follow local signage to reach the viewpoint.

• Bicycle

  For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Braga. Head towards the outskirts of the city, following the signs toward Vilar da Veiga. This walk is approximately 8 kilometers and may take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
