Car
If you are driving from the center of Ericeira, start by heading southeast on Rua de São Sebastião toward Rua do Lavadouro. Continue straight onto Rua da Liberdade. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Avenida de Portugal. Drive for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right onto Rua da Praia. Continue for about 300 meters, and you will see the Marine Monument on your left, located at the coordinates 38.9642038, -9.4136162. There is street parking available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

Public Transportation
To reach the Marine Monument using public transportation, start at the Ericeira bus station. Take Bus 450 (Ericeira to Lisbon) and get off at the stop named 'Ericeira Centro.' From there, walk south on Avenida de Portugal for about 600 meters until you reach the roundabout. Continue straight on Avenida de Portugal, and after about 1 kilometer, turn right onto Rua da Praia. Walk for another 300 meters, and you will see the Marine Monument on your left. The bus fare is approximately €2.00.

If you prefer to walk from the center of Ericeira, start on Rua de São Sebastião and head towards Avenida de Portugal. Follow Avenida de Portugal south for about 1 kilometer. At the roundabout, continue straight, and then turn right onto Rua da Praia. Walk for another 300 meters, and you will find the Marine Monument on your left. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes, providing you with a scenic view of the coastline along the way.
