At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Avenida de Portugal. Drive for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right onto Rua da Praia. Continue for about 300 meters, and you will see the Marine Monument on your left, located at the coordinates 38.9642038, -9.4136162.
