    From Lisbon, take the A2 motorway south towards Setúbal. After about 40 km, take the exit towards A12 and continue on this road until you reach the N379. Follow the N379 signs until you arrive in Sesimbra. Once in Sesimbra, follow the signs to Porto de Abrigo. The Anthia Diving Center is located at Porto de Abrigo, Loja 1, 2970-152 Sesimbra. Expect about 45 minutes of driving from Lisbon, and parking is available near the diving center.

    From Lisbon, you can take a train from the Lisbon train station (Cais do Sodré) to Setúbal. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once in Setúbal, you can take a bus (Bus number 551) towards Sesimbra, which takes about 40 minutes. After arriving in Sesimbra, follow the signs to Porto de Abrigo. The Anthia Diving Center is located at Porto de Abrigo, Loja 1, 2970-152 Sesimbra. Note that tickets for the train cost around €2.50, and the bus fare is approximately €3.
