Getting There

    From the center of Évora, start at Praça do Giraldo, the main square. Head east on Rua 5 de Outubro towards Rua da República. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida de Lisboa. Turn right onto Avenida de Lisboa. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Estrada de Reguengos. The Adega Cartuxa - Fundação Eugénio de Almeida will be approximately 1 kilometer ahead on your left, located at Monte Velho de Pinheiros.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the Évora bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Évora), take bus number 3 towards Bairro da Liberdade. The journey takes around 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Herdade da Cartuxa' stop. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk. Head back towards the main road (Estrada de Reguengos) and turn right. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you see Adega Cartuxa - Fundação Eugénio de Almeida on your left.
