Start at the Praça do Giraldo, which is the main square in Évora. From the square, head southeast on Rua 5 de Outubro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua de Serpa Pinto. Turn left onto Rua de Serpa Pinto. Walk a few blocks down this street, and you will find Convento de Santa Clara on your left at number 505.
